This Baltimore store has a tendency to either take returns and don't pay attention to see if it's been a used product and they put it back on the shelves to be resold. Someone either returned their dirty oil and I was lucky enough to be the one to buy it or employees are taking products and substituting it for their old stuff. No matter what the issue was or how it happened, I called to let them know and they aren't considerate enough to make good on the issue. This one wasn't an instacart order as i found out once i was rudley rushed off the phone by the gentleman that answered. I have my receipt and I expect to be reimbursed so whoever responds to this make this happen. I won't call back to be rudely dismissed again. My business along with all the others keeps you open.
This is the first Jetro I came to deliver and it was fast. Appt was @11am check in @7:30am I’m out at 8am. Maybe I got lucky because plenty of trucks came right after. But the guy at check is nice and their quick I guess depending on the products your bringing as well. But plenty of space to park I’m Guessing you can do over night once there’s space. But good luck !
I complained about my experience to the lady who inspected my cart, in case I got thing I didn't pay for. She was not in her position at first and let me wait and I was in hurry. Of course I would not show her a happy face. She asked me what's going on and I said "I am not happy about this " I promise, this is the original I said, no any word more or less. Can you imagine? she reply me with a F word. And seems like the so called manager doesn't care about this at all. So I really don't know how they do their employee training. As a business owner, I won't keep this employee in my team. I am sure I will complain this to their headquarters.
Friendly people. They have overnight parking.. Quick delivery… Appointment at 9:00 am but checked in at 6:20 am, got the door right away and got unloaded at 7:00 am.

Was my first time going to resteraunt depot. Most of the staff were really nice and professional, but the level of disrespect that I received from Gladys as soon as I walked through the door was unfathomable. After yelling at me for accidentally walking past the sign-in front desk service (again, it was my first time there), she made a comment that suggested that I was just there to freeload, and not actually purchase anything. "You do know you have to actually BUY something, right?" Were the exact words she used, plus additional comments thereafter. This is really discouraging for young people who are just starting their businesses. Will not be returning to this location.
I will no longer shop here. The manager has poor customer service skills. He is trying to put a customer (Musa) out of business. The manager should have offered a work around and allow the customer to order online and deliver the product to his vehicle. This Manager (Jim) needs to be demoted.
Be careful, there are lots of thief in their parking lots, Jetro do not keep their lots secure, and do not care if you lost anything or not.
Products and items food is very good; I am member from 2016. but thier parking lot is not safe, I would move to their competitors. They should take care of security better than this…
